Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. Scope and Acceptance

This Confidentiality Notice ("Notice") applies automatically to every person who registers for, accesses, or otherwise uses the AddressHub AM platform at addresshub.am, including the online account area ("Cabinet") (together, the "Platform"), and any related services (the "Services") (each such person, a "User," "you," or "your").

You do not need to sign a separate copy of this Notice. By creating an account, logging in, or otherwise using the Platform or the Services, you automatically agree to be bound by this Notice, in the same way you agree to our Terms and Conditions. This Notice forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.

2. What This Notice Covers

In the course of using the Platform and the Services, you may become aware of or gain access to non-public information belonging to AddressHub AM ("AddressHub," "we," "us," or "our") or to third parties, including other Users, that is not intended for public disclosure ("Confidential Information"). Confidential Information may include, without limitation:

  • business methods, pricing, processes, and internal know-how of AddressHub;
  • technical, security, or operational details of the Platform, including anything you learn through your Cabinet or support interactions;
  • information about other Users that you may become aware of due to a system error, shared facility, or any other unintended exposure; and
  • any other information that is marked confidential, or that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential given its nature and the circumstances in which it was disclosed.

3. Exclusions

Confidential Information does not include information that: (a) is or becomes publicly available through no fault of yours; (b) you already lawfully knew before accessing the Platform, without any duty of confidentiality; (c) you lawfully receive from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or (d) you independently develop without use of or reference to the Confidential Information.

4. Your Obligations as a User

While using the Platform and for as long as this Notice applies, you agree to:

  • use Confidential Information only as necessary to use the Services for your own purposes, and not for any other purpose;
  • not disclose Confidential Information to any third party without our prior written consent;
  • take reasonable care to protect Confidential Information from unauthorized access or disclosure, at least equivalent to the care you use for your own confidential information; and
  • notify us promptly at info@addresshub.am if you become aware of any unauthorized access to, or disclosure of, Confidential Information.

5. Compelled Disclosure

If you are required by law, regulation, or a court or governmental order to disclose Confidential Information, you may do so provided that, to the extent legally permitted, you give AddressHub prompt notice and disclose only the portion of the Confidential Information that is legally required.

6. No License; No Ownership Transfer

Nothing in this Notice grants you any rights, by license or otherwise, in any Confidential Information, other than the limited right to use it as necessary to use the Services. AddressHub and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in their own Confidential Information.

7. Duration

This Notice applies for as long as you access or use the Platform. Your obligations under Sections 4 and 5 continue for three (3) years after your Account is closed, regardless of the reason for closure.

8. Remedies

You acknowledge that unauthorized disclosure or use of Confidential Information may cause harm to AddressHub or third parties for which monetary damages alone may be inadequate, and that AddressHub is entitled to seek injunctive relief, in addition to any other remedy available under applicable law, including suspension or termination of your account under our Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Platform after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Notice.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Notice is governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Notice will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
