1. Introduction
AddressHub AM ("AddressHub," "we," "us," or "our") provides virtual business address, mail handling, mail and package forwarding, virtual office, and related services in Armenia, accessible through addresshub.am and the AddressHub online account area (the "Platform"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Platform and the services described below (the "Services").
By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Definitions
"Services" means the virtual address, mail handling, mail and package forwarding, virtual office, and Extra Services offered by AddressHub, as described on the Platform and selected by you.
"Account" or "Cabinet" means your personal online account through which you manage the Services.
"Tariff Plan" means the subscription plan you select (currently Basic, Standard, or Business, or any successor plans), as described on the Platform at the time of your order.
"Extra Services" means optional add-on services ordered separately from your Tariff Plan, including call answering, translation, and customs clearance support.
"Registered Address" means the virtual business address assigned to you as part of your Tariff Plan.
"Mail" and "Package" mean, respectively, correspondence and parcels addressed to you or your business at the Registered Address.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an Account, and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Services. If you register on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.
We may request identity or business verification documents (such as a passport or incorporation documents) before activating or continuing to provide your Registered Address, in order to comply with Armenian law and our own risk and compliance procedures. We may suspend or decline to provide the Services if such verification is not provided or does not satisfy us.
4. The Services
Virtual Address and Mailbox. You receive a unique mailbox reference at the Registered Address for receiving Mail and Packages.
Mail Handling and Scanning. We receive and log Mail addressed to you and, where included in your Tariff Plan, scan it and make it available in your Cabinet.
Document Storage. Mail and Packages are stored for the retention period included in your Tariff Plan. After the applicable retention period, we may securely dispose of or return items at our discretion, and may charge for extended storage requested by you.
Mail and Package Forwarding. Where included in or added to your Tariff Plan, we forward Mail and Packages to an address you specify, domestically or internationally, using third-party carriers. Forwarding fees, carrier charges, and any customs duties or taxes are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Virtual Office. Where included in your Tariff Plan, this may include use of the Registered Address for business correspondence and related administrative support, as described on the Platform at the time of your order.
Extra Services. Call answering, translation, and customs clearance support are optional, separately priced services ordered through your Cabinet, and are subject to these Terms in addition to any specific terms presented at the time of order.
Use of the Registered Address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Registered Address, including for company incorporation, tax registration, or other legal or regulatory purposes, complies with the laws of the Republic of Armenia and any other applicable law. AddressHub does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice, and use of the Registered Address does not by itself guarantee any particular registration or regulatory outcome.
5. Prohibited Items and Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services to receive, store, or forward any of the following: illegal goods or substances, including narcotics and controlled substances; weapons, ammunition, or explosives; counterfeit goods; hazardous, flammable, or radioactive materials; live animals; perishable goods (unless we expressly agree otherwise); cash, bearer instruments, or precious metals or stones (unless we expressly agree otherwise); or any item whose possession, import, or export is unlawful in Armenia or the destination country.
We reserve the right to inspect, refuse, hold, return to sender, or destroy any Mail or Package that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or applicable law, and to notify the relevant authorities where required by law.
You will not use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose, or in a manner that infringes the rights of AddressHub or any third party.
6. Customs and International Forwarding
For international forwarding, you are responsible for providing accurate customs declarations and for complying with the import and export laws of the destination country, including payment of any duties, taxes, and fees.
Customs clearance is offered only as a paid Extra Service and does not by itself make AddressHub a customs broker of record unless separately agreed in writing.
AddressHub is not liable for delays, seizures, fines, or additional costs imposed by customs or postal authorities.
7. Fees, Billing, and Payment
Fees. Fees for your Tariff Plan are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout, in Armenian Dram (AMD), and are payable in advance. Extra Services and other one-time services are billed at the time you place the order.
Payment Processing. All payments are processed through the secure virtual POS (vPOS) system of Ameriabank CJSC. Your card details are entered and stored only within Ameriabank's secure payment environment. AddressHub does not see or store your full card number, CVV/CVC code, or other sensitive card information.
Saved Payment Card. When you make any payment through the Platform, whether for a Tariff Plan or a one-time service, the card you use is automatically linked to your Account. By making a payment, you authorize us to save your card in this way and to charge it for future payments as described in these Terms, including automatic renewals.
Automatic Renewal. Tariff Plans renew automatically. On the expiration date of your current billing period, the fee for the next period is charged to your saved card at the then-current price of your Tariff Plan. We will send a reminder to the email address linked to your Account two (2) days before the expiration date. To stop renewal, cancel your Tariff Plan through your Cabinet before the expiration date.
Price Changes. We may change Tariff Plan pricing from time to time. Any change will take effect from your next billing cycle onward, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
Failed Payments. If an automatic charge fails or a payment is otherwise overdue, we may suspend the Services, including mail handling and forwarding, until payment is received.
No Refunds. All payments, including Tariff Plan fees, automatic renewals, and Extra Services, are non-refundable except in the limited cases set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Cancelling a Tariff Plan stops future renewals but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
8. Term, Suspension, and Termination
These Terms apply from the date you first accept them until your Account is closed.
You may cancel your Tariff Plan at any time through your Cabinet; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your Account or the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if we are required to do so by law or a competent authority, if your verification documents are insufficient or found to be inaccurate, or if payment is overdue.
On termination, we may stop accepting Mail and Packages on your behalf. Any remaining Mail or Packages will be handled in line with Section 4 above, at your cost where applicable.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by Armenian law, AddressHub is not liable for: loss of or damage to Mail or Packages caused by third-party carriers or postal operators; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; loss of business, profits, or data; or delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under mandatory Armenian law.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, and materials on the Platform, other than your own Mail, Packages, or account content, are owned by or licensed to AddressHub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
11. Data Protection
We process personal data collected through the Platform in accordance with applicable Armenian data protection law and our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of your data as necessary to provide the Services, including sharing it with carriers and authorities where required by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a new "Last updated" date, and your continued use of the Services after such changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.
